Katara Studios announces the start of production for its feature film “Sari & Amira”
The film features a regional star-studded cast including: Alex Uloom, Hala Al Turk & Abdelmohsen Al Nemr
Katara Studios, a pan-Arab creative hub based in Doha, Qatar, announced the start of production of its newest original production, “Sari & Amira.” Set against the fictional backdrop of Wadi Sakheema, this fantasy epic film follows the thrilling journey of bandits Amira and Sari as they search for a legendary treasure, encountering mythical beasts and navigating their complex relationship.
“Sari & Amira” tells a gripping tale led by Hala Al Turk as Amira and Alex Uloom as Sari and with the iconic Abdelmohsen Al Nemr as Katheeb, with a talented ensemble that also includes:
Adwa Fahad, Saad Al Naimi, Fayez Kazak, Ehab Abdel Wahed, Arfa AbdelRasoul, Nada Tawheed, Ger Duany and more.
From talented director AJ Al Thani and Executive Producers Ahmed Al Baker, Luca Bercovici, and Mahmoud Hamaky, the film promises to deliver an unparalleled cinematic experience with cutting-edge production values and stunning visuals that transport audiences to a world of adventure.
